Pitched Roof Option
The KM range supports a 10-degree pitched roof option that improves water drainage, prevents leaks, and adds a modern look to your home. The gable roof comes flat-packed inside the building and is assembled by your installer.
Equipped Bathroom
A fully equipped bathroom designed for convenience and style — toilet, shower, mirror, cabinetry, and a sleek vanity. Optional washing-machine space available on Class 1a configurations.
Bathroom Pre-plumbed
The bathroom is pre-plumbed; additional connection work may be required depending on the site. The building must be elevated at least 500mm off the ground to allow plumbing access.
Non-migratory Wiring
All wiring is non-migratory and installed to Australian electrical standards. The customer's qualified electrician completes the hardwired supply to the building and final test/tag per AS/NZS 3000.
