Our 30ft and 40ft homes are NCC Class 1a — engineered, certified and built to standard. Every model carries a published “from” price (ex GST), so you start from a real number, not a guess.
The half that’s different on every block — and the half others hide. We model it openly and confirm it once we’ve reviewed your site.
Why not one big number? A single all-in price is either padded to cover the worst-case site — so you overpay — or quietly optimistic, so it balloons before handover. Splitting it keeps both halves honest: a price you can hold us to on the home, and a quote we can stand behind on the site.
Every model has a published “from” price (ex GST) for the dwelling itself. Your all-in figure then depends on the site half — foundation, crane access, service connections and the engineering for your wind region and bushfire (BAL) rating — plus freight to your address. The cost estimator gives you an indicative all-in number in minutes; we confirm it in a formal quote after a site review.
Because the site half is real money and it is different on every block. A single headline number is either padded to cover the worst-case site (so you overpay) or quietly optimistic (so it blows out later). We would rather publish the fixed dwelling price and quote the site honestly than hand you a number we cannot stand behind.
On our 30ft and 40ft homes, the NCC Class 1a module — engineered, certified and built to standard, covered by a 10-year structural warranty (terms apply). Finishes, add-ons and upgrade packages are itemised separately so you only pay for what you choose, with nothing hidden in a bundled price.
Foundation type, crane and truck access, distance/freight to your address, service connections (power, water and waste), and engineering for your wind region and bushfire rating. The estimator lets you model each of these; the formal quote confirms them once we have reviewed your site.
