Bushfire-attack (BAL) upgrades — included in the unit only when the BAL variant is selected.
Service connections at the boundary (mains power, water, sewer, NBN). Internal connection IS included.
Heavy haulage permits and pilot vehicles where required (route-dependent — Vic / regional WA most common).
Cyclone-region (C / D) structural upgrades — quoted separately for builds north of Mackay.
