Our pod line ranges from a compact 3m studio (4 per container) up to a 12m residential pod. Two main styles — boxy "Type-A" and curved-corner "圆弧款" (premium aesthetic) — each available with washroom, kitchen, bed and storage options.
The 6m Push-Out variant unfolds an additional living zone on site, taking the unit from 13m² to roughly 19m². And the 6m Push-Out Trailer version comes mounted on a road-registered chassis for fully mobile glamping operators.

The most-ordered pod in our range. Steel-framed body with curved aluminium-plastic composite cladding, push-out side zone for additional bed/living space, and a full wet bathroom. Configurable as fixed-site (on adjustable supports) or trailer-mounted for hospitality operators.

Each Keaton Mills container home starts as a genuine 20-foot or 40-foot High Cube shipping container. The shell is insulated, plumbed and wired in our factory and shipped as a complete unit — when it arrives at your site, it lifts off the truck and connects to power and water on the same day.
Standard build-up (all models): 45mm EPS insulation board + 9mm wood-plastic composite plates + 8mm carbon crystal board + 15mm ecological board floor + 3mm PVC leather floor cover. All exterior windows are Broken Bridge thermal-break aluminium.

All KM-Expander 40ft models ship with a standard flat aluminium roof. Add a steel-framed pitched overlay roof and optional front porch for residential aesthetics, weather protection and indoor-outdoor living. Five standard configurations ship alongside the house in the same container.

On acceptance of the quote, payment in full on order secures your slot in the production schedule — no deposit, no progress draws. Factory engineers begin detailed drawings within 48 hours; you'll receive floor plans, renderings and materials specification for sign-off before production begins.
20–45 days depending on product and customisation. We provide progress photos at 25%, 50% and 75% completion, and full pre-shipment photo verification at 100%. Engineer Q&A available throughout via WhatsApp and email.
On production completion and your sign-off of pre-shipment photos, vessel loading at Qingdao Port follows within 7-10 days; sea freight to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane takes 3-4 weeks.
We handle customs clearance, port pickup and crane delivery to your site. Installation team places the module, joins multi-module estates, and demonstrates utility connection. Project handover document supplied on completion.
For our standard expandable houses. Custom builds and Class 1a residential add 1–2 weeks. Container homes from stock body: as fast as 3 weeks total.
